Sing-a-long-a Sound of Music

If you’ve ever watched a musical film and had an uncontrollable urge to burst into song. If you’ve ever wondered what it might be like to wear a wimple, then this is the show for you. An enormous success wherever it has toured, we are delighted to have been able to book this show. To start we are led in a vocal warm up, talked through the special ‘props’ in our goodie bags for the magic moments in the film that make the movie go with a ‘bang’. There’s a fancy dress competition and lots of audience involvement. Next we take part in the full technicolor film under the expert guidance of the Sing-a-Long aficionados who will encourage us to unleash your vocal talents with a couple of hundred other Vonn Trapp family members, guitar wielding nuns and Julie Andrews look-a-likes. An evening like no other - perfect for group outings, families, friends and fans alike! Please note: it’s not compulsory to dress up but it really adds to the fun so dip into the wardrobe of your imagination and surprise us with your creativity!  This performance is suitable for all, but please note the show does last nearly 4 hours.
7pm, tickets £14, £12 (concessions) Family Ticket £46 (at least one child in a party of four)

Hazel O'Connor
Hazel O’Connor commands a huge loyal following of fans who remember her iconic album ‘Breaking Glass’ and the songs ‘Eighth Day’ and  ‘Will you?’ which are still radio favourites. In this new show, Hazel takes us through her childhood and early triumphs, how she was catapulted into stardom and punk icon status with the film ‘Breaking Glass’ and through her acting and singing journey as she moved back towards her Celtic roots.  The show, the songs, the voice and the melody of Cormac de Barra on harp, coupled with Hazel’s humorous and sometimes poignant storytelling will touch your soul. A true performer who has had sell-out audiences worldwide on their feet for standing ovations. We urge you to see this live.

Ed Byrne

Half toff, half pikey – all comic! The ‘utterly charming’ (The List) and ‘dazzling’ (The Sunday Times) comedy favourite Ed Byrne is known to many from his regular appearances on ‘Mock the Week’ and even his voiceovers on the Carphone Warehouse ads!  Those who have seen him live know that he is a masterful stand up. He comes to us with a blisteringly funny new show about marriage, class, the youth of today and anything else that strikes him as funny. ‘His set had the audience in stitches…they roared their approval at the end. It does not come much better than this’ The Stage
