26th – Sunday 27th July 2008 Knight School – activities include: an armour zone - try on a variety of armours , chainmail, breastplates , helmets , gauntlets and more, a swordfighting zone – your own swordfighting lesson, a fighting knight show where a squire helps a knight into a full suit of armour and then demonstrate some hand to hand combat with swords and poleaxes and a mini warriors show where children are invited in to join a medieval English army that will battle against the French! £5 all day pass.
